The best of the best.   Bought my first car here, a Matrix, that lasted me 10+ years, 100,000 miles until I sold it.  Bob Boyle was excellent!!! He was extremely knowledgable and patient.  He was upfront, honest and accommodating.  Finance department was also very accommodating and thorough.  Can't ask for much more from a car dealership.  I am a Rivera Toyota customer for life!

Almost 12 years of perfect, wonderful, careful, kind service. Ronnie, kevin, Jose, Debbie and all the rest have ALWAYS taken such great care of me. 215,000 miles and going strong. All thanks to all of them. I have NEVER taken my car anywhere else to be touched by anyone. And look at the results. I plan to get my kids a Rav 4 specifically because of the quality of service and care I have enjoyed at Toyota North/Rivera Toyota over the past 11+ years.

I arrived at the dealership to get my oil changed, not knowing it would be in a different location. I went to the second location and then it was next door to that building, I felt confused and frustrated. When I called the number it said, closed, but then the message said open at 8am, the signs at the dealership had different times on the door, the sign and the message. However, upon arrival, Mark was really nice and helpful and made the rest of my experience better and the service was really quick.
