Whoa, why doesn't this place have a perfect score! I'm shocked!!Go to Cynthia Rojas!!! Dear Cynthia, please never leave Rivera Toyota. I love you so much. Cynthia has held my hand through the whole process of going through a fully destroyed car from a bad accident and into a brand new Corolla. Being a woman, it is so daunting and intimidating to handle business in a "man's world", but she made me feel like I was being taken care of, and not once was I taken advantage of. She had so much patience for my retarded self... she gave me her cell phone number and told me to call if I had questions... I had questions, and called. She answered, and it always sound like she had a smile on her face. She offered to pick me up from the train station since I didn't have a car!!! And typically the customer is suppose to handle the switch from one car to another with the insurance people... but I did not know what I was doing, so Cynthia made a conference call and had me, herself, and the insurance on the phone and helped me through the WHOLE THING! Dear Rivera Toyota, please make a statue of Cynthia Rojas and put it in front of your building.A whole year passed, and I went to the mechanic shop nearby for maintenance (also 5/5 stars btw--a man named Jose who sits behind the counter is frickin' amazing!), and I ran into Cynthia, who shouted my name and said hello. She remembered my name after a year!! She remembered my dad who came with me. Wow... she remembered me and my dad after meeting with her for a few hours on that one day. Bless her! Where are her parents, I want to shake their hands!!!How I wish I remembered the man that helped me with my lease... He was also great... I think it was Andy, but I'm not certain. But what I am certain is... Cynthia Rojas 😉 Go to Cynthia Rojas!!!!!!!!!!
Our shopping experience at Rivera Toyota was exceptional! Car shopping can be stressful, but no soon as we entered the store the receptionist’s greeting put us at ease. Our salesmen George was a gem; no pressure and very accommodating. I highly recommend this car store. We’re thinking of a second car and would not consider any another dealership but Rivera Toyota of Mount Kisco.
This dealership offers very good service. It has had some growing pains, as it expanded; but it is efficient and convenient, and appears to have worked out the initial kinks of moving to a new location. The pick up and drop off service makes all the difference.
I came for a NYS inspection . I was able to come early. I was in and out quickly so I could get to work. This was much appreciated.
This service department is very organized and focused on providing a great customer experience. From dropping off the car, to meeting with a service advisor ( in my case, Mark), to getting car status feedback - all is done in a courteous, transparent manner.
John Rossi & Liam did a great job, always had the best advise as well as always looking forward to help & provide with the best, always with a smile. Nancy (financial department) did a terrific job as well, explained everything and cared about the details as well. Mark Anderson did a great job for us on our last 5,000 mile service for my Corolla. He got me out of there in a half hour. He also helped me with a question I had about our Avalone. He's a real pro and goes the extra mile for Rivera customers like me! Keep up the good work, Mark! I'd also like to put in a good word for Korolyn Echavarria, Rivera's business development consultant--Ms. Echavarria was very helpful in explaining a few special offers available for trade-ins and extended warranties.
