I wanted to personally recognize Cathy Hutt for the extraordinary professionalism, expertise, and white-glove service she has consistently provided me since the day we met ... six years ago!
Although my company fleet vehicle can be serviced at any facility, there's a Pep Boys literally 5 min from me. I chose to work EXCLUSIVELY with Cathy — she is beyond PHENOMENAL!!!! She is an organization's DREAM!
In my experience, customer service has declined, interactions feel transactional, rushed and even painful. The OPPOSITE is when you work with Cathy! She delivers a level of care that's consistently filled with efficiency, integrity, and kindness.
Regardless of how demanding her day may be, she remains polished, always makes me feel prioritized, valued, happy and cared for.
What sets her apart from others is the absolute trust and confidence she provides. She certainly elevates the entire customer experience and does everything with the customer in mind. She is endless in her desire to help. I have witnessed her going to any lengths for solutions. I have literally watched her run to several people (bluetooth, diagnostics and then calling for authorization from my Fleet Vendor).
Cathy is an invaluable asset to your team, and I sincerely hope her EXCELLENCE is recognized at the highest level, as individuals of her caliber are exceptionally rare.
