Wow! How grateful is our family for Rivera Toyota. Every car buying experience should be like the one we had at Rivera. We started talking to Jose Lasso back in November just to shop around for a Sienna and from the start, the whole process was no pressure, not salesy and no games (all of which you expect from a car salesman). Every person we spoke with there was so patient and helpful. Even when we weren't sure about something or wanted specific features, they were completely accommodating. Jose was great with following up/communication, was so incredibly patient with us and made sure we got the right van for our family's needs. We closed on our vehicle yesterday and despite a slight wait at the start since the dealership was busy, the whole process with financing and signing papers was so easy and fast. They were fine to let us even find our own financing since the rates/terms were better. Thank you Tiffany for making the process so painless and straightforward! We purchased another Sienna LE less than 2 years ago at another local dealership and seriously what a contrast it was! They upcharged us so much, claiming that dealership markup over $6k as a separate line item was "normal". Rivera sold us a high demand vehicle at msrp with no haggling or arguing about markup costs. 4/19/2025 Writing a 2nd review about a month after my original purchase. After only 18 days of owning my beautiful new 2025 Wind Chill Pearl White Camry XSE, an 18-wheeler tractor trailer rammed me off the highway into the grass median and totaled my car. As I worked with the insurance company, I contacted Sabastian (Sales Manager), and Sabastian said he would work with me on getting another car. Once I received payment from insurance, I worked with Mathias and Sabastian, and once again it was a pleasure working with both of them. I very much appreciated Mathias keeping in contact with me and even texting me on his day off. Although, unfortunately, I had to add money to the insurance settlement, Sabastian and Mathias worked with me to get me a good price on another 2025 Camry XSE (Midnight Black Metallic) that had more options and accessories than my 1st one. I met with Mathias and Sabastian on 4/17 and picked up my new car 2 days later on 4/19 (couldn't ask for any quicker service). Matthias Schoenberg, my salesperson, in particular, was an absolute joy to work with. Even with all my silly questions and my constant rescheduling of appointments, Matthias bent backwards to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted, and his professionalism and courtesy never wavered.
